These Terms govern your use of AI Football Predictor (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides statistical analysis, data, and educational research tools relating to football matches. It produces model-based probability estimates and compares them with publicly available bookmaker odds for informational purposes. The Service does not place bets, accept or hold stakes, take a share of any winnings, or guarantee any outcome or return. Any action you take based on the information is your own decision and your own responsibility, made off-platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to access sports-analysis services where you live. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3. No guarantees

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We make no representation or warranty that the information is accurate, complete, or profitable. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Charges recur until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for the money-back window.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service’s data or output, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses (including gambling losses) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
